As a lawyer, I have been involved in many different types of cases. I have seen a lot of injuries, whether they are from slip-and-falls, construction accidents, traffic accidents, or 18-wheeler collisions. I have also worked on construction defect cases, trademark and trade secret cases, and patent infringement cases. Each type of case has its own challenges, but I have enjoyed working on them all.

Additionally, it lets them know that their current offer is unsatisfactory. We always aim to be as accurate and truthful as possible in our reporting, only resorting to exclamations when absolutely necessary. This way, we can maintain objectivity and keep the facts clear.

We just don’t use exclamations and emotion to do it – because we don’t need to. Our approach allows us to keep things as factual, objective, truthful, and accurate as possible until we get to our desired outcome.
